1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Ivory On Park website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Event Bookings

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date
• Deposits are 50% of the total venue rental fee
• Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event date
• Availability is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit

2.2 Candlelight Concert Tickets

• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person
• Ticket holders must arrive 15 minutes before show time
• Late arrivals may be seated at intermission or in standing room areas
• We reserve the right to cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Event Bookings

• 90+ days before: Deposit refunded minus $500 administrative fee
• 60-89 days before: 50% of deposit refunded
• 30-59 days before: 25% of deposit refunded
• Less than 30 days: No refund

3.2 Cancellations by The Ivory

If we must cancel your event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., building closure, natural disaster), we will provide a full refund or offer alternative dates at no additional cost.

4. Venue Rules and Conduct

• Capacity limits must be strictly observed
• No smoking inside the venue (designated outdoor areas available)
• External catering requires prior approval
• Music must end by 11:00 PM on weeknights, midnight on weekends
• Decorations must be approved and cannot damage property
• We reserve the right to remove guests who violate venue policies

5. Liability and Insurance

Event hosts are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damages incurred during their event. We strongly recommend obtaining event liability insurance. The Ivory On Park is not liable for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• Injuries to guests or vendors
• Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Ivory On Park or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

7. Photography and Media

By attending events at The Ivory On Park, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. We may use photos or videos from your event on our website and social media. If you object, please notify us in writing.

8. Force Majeure

The Ivory On Park is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, utility failures, or public health emergencies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kings County, New York.
